Do you sell to wholesale and trade?

We sure do! Love Your Lights is proud to already supply lights to some of NZ's finest golf courses, premium hotels and award-winning bars, restaurants and event venues. We are also a trusted supplier to many electrical and lighting companies as well as councils around the country. How do I set up a Wholesale Account? 

  • Email sales@loveyourlights.co.nz and we'll email through the details

Is there a regular spend required to maintain a wholesale account? 

  • No, just minimum quantities per product 

What is your minimum order spend? 

  • We have a minimum quantity order per product and this varies depending on the product. Email sales@loveyourlights.co.nz or call 0800 300 411 for more information.

What are your payment and credit terms?

  • 100% payment upfront 
  • Bank transfer payments
  • If via the website, all major credit cards accepted and afterpay

Do you accept product returns for wholesale or trade sales?

  • No 

What is your Warranty period? 

  • 12 months on all Festoon Lights and Essential, Core and Pro Fairy Light Collections
  • *Light Bulbs are excluded 
  • 6 months on all our Decorative Collection Lights including USB powered, battery powered and solar powered lights 

How do I make a warranty claim 

  • Email sales@loveyourlights.co.nz with your account number and the product you are making a claim against.

What is the lead time to get my lights? 

·       If we receive payment before 11am on any weekday your order is dispatched that same day

What is the shipping cost? 

  • This depends on the size of your order and the total amount. Our lights come in many different sizes and weights so shipping will be based on total volume size. 
  • If you order online you will see your shipping costs in the checkout section.
  • If paying via bank transfer we can quote you shipping before proceeding with your order.

Can I request shipping directly to a customer? 

  • Yes you can! 

Can I pick up my order? 

Love Your Lights operates solely as an online only store and orders cannot be picked up. If you are concerned about shipping times and want to check how long your delivery will take to arrive, please reach out to us via sales@loveyourlights.co.nz or call 0800 300411

Will you send me marketing collateral for my online store?

Absolutely! We can send you high resolution imagery and all the product specs required to sell our products and make the range a success for your store.

Will you provide marketing collateral for my physical shop?

Yes, this is something we can work with you on and will be on a case by case basis. Ultimately we want our products to be popular with your customers!
